About Raheja Akshara Plots

Raheja Akshara Plots are located in sector 14 of Sohna in Gurugram. It is a part of “RAHEJA ARANYA – THE SMART GREEN CITY”. Raheja Akshara Plots in Aranya City is our endeavor to participate & collaborate with the Haryana Government’s initiative of Affordable Housing under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY), 2015. The Government under this scheme aims at developing 2 Lakh affordable housing units in low and medium potential cities within the State by 2022.

One can avail interest subsidy of up to 6.5% under PMAY on the construction of flats on these plots. It offers residential plots of sizes ranging from 69 Sq Yd to 125 Sq Yd. There are banks, schools, hospitals, parks, grocery stores, and chemist shops in the neighborhood of Raheja Akshara Plots. It is well-connected to other areas of Gurugram by Metro and buses.
